yes, another convenient 'accident' taking out someone who was quite a threat to the powers that be. I would not be surprised to find that his car was electronically hijacked in some way, some remote control device to accelerate the car and jam the steering or something. With the level of computerization and electronics in today's cars, black boxes, etc., it would not surprise me in the least to find that the technology to remotely hijack and override the controls of a car already exists.

I am truly saddened to read this.
I've been away too long and just read this post. Thanks for posting this Sugarpaw.
Bless this mans family and all he stood for. A courageous hero in my book. One that took on the biggest crooks in government and industry. Most importantly, those big crooks were untouchable by the common man they fleeced at every opportunity and Mr. O'Quinn was one guy they could not ignore.
fake newscast on CNN on artificial set exposed « Result #8 on Dec 22, 2009, 8:05am »
check out this video leaked by a CNN insider, showing reporters on a fake studio set with artificial palm trees, purporting to be reporting live from within Saudi Arabia. This was broadcast on CNN as coverage of the Gulf War. You have got to see this to believe it:
Charles Jaco was the CNN reporter famous for covering the 1990 Persian Gulf War. ackground were fake palm trees and a blue wall in a studio. This clip was leaked by CNN staff.
The second part of this video was a live CNN satellite feed recorded onto VHS showing the final cut. Charles Jaco was wearing a different jacket, but he had the same act. The acting was terrible as Charles Jaco wore a gas mask, and his fellow correspondent Carl Rochelle wore a helmet. The sirens and missile sound effects are part of the stage set. The camera never pans out or shows the sky.
These clips are the highest quality of this newscast and behind the scenes.
Yes, Charles Jaco was a reporter for CNN. Google his name and read the results.
This is the reason why I don't trust mainstream news. It is all theater and it's completely staged. I only use the news as a guide to get an idea of what is going on, and then I do further research myself.
I also suggest reading the books of Edward Bernays to learn how the media and government fool the masses on an unprecedented scale.
This video is FAIR USE depicting an historical event. I encourage this video to be downloaded, and re-uploaded to other websites to get more people to see this.
Charles Jaco currently works as a reporter for FOX 2 NOW in Saint Louis, Missouri. I highly encourage you to send this video to their newstips inbox here:

the Hodges update is brilliant for a number of reasons
let me digress for a moment.
I have been in many law suits through the years and not a one has ever gone to the end. Not a one !!
Why ? Because you will always have a good idea if you are going to win or not way before you get to the end.
The attorneys spar off in the ring. Each playing dumb trying to feel out the other. Neither giving away much more then whats already known. Then comes discovery which usually reveals alot of information which is damaging or shows the weakness of the others case. Both have discovery at the same time or close to it.
Hodges fire across the SEC ship had to literally shock them for it showed maybe a portion of what team Hodges knows. He names specifics that no one should have known. There was alot of work done to keep it all secret and somehow it was figured out.
I think it is more likely that with all the people involved in this that someone or some group squealed. There had to be alot of people involved in this cover up. Putting together the pieces of the puzzle takes along time.
The government in discovery will only ask questions based mostly on what Hodges stated in the posting. They cannot ask other questions as they do not want anything revealed into the record that can be damaging to their case and they do not know the extend of what is known. Hodges can ask questions relating to private info without revealing any inside information at the governments expense. Thereby possibly making the perjury of those testifying. VERY POWERFULL !!!!
OBSERVATIONS !!!
the government will drag this out for along time.
1) all people involved will disappear 2) it will take along time for discovery even to begin
was there any intention of a payout
1) no - they spent all this time trying to keep it secret so they could give it to us at a later time. NOT !! I personally believe they were surprised at how much was collected and decided to keep it. 2) Imagine what would happen if they paid us. How could it be explained and with 50 thousand investors it would be picked up on many radar screens. What a scandal that would be and the amount of people that would be paraded in front of Congress over it. THE SEC ENTICED INVESTORS INTO INVESTING IN A SCAM THAT THEY PERPETUATED TO CATCH THE BAD GUYS. Then they cover it up legally and illegally. People will go to jail over it. There would be a FULL investigation that would have to be made public - would that be UGLY !!!.
Hodges better have everything documented and know what he is doing as the full weight of the US government is going to be going after his butt from what he said in the posting. He better be able to back it up. I BELIEVE HE WOULD NOT HAVE SAID ANYTHING IF HE WAS NOT ABLE TO BACK IT UP. Shows we have a very strong case or Hodges is incompetent. NOT !!
I love going to the chat boards after Hodges posting. They try to make us believe that attorneys like Frizzel and Hodges are stringing us along to milk investors for fees or that there is no evidence or they cannot prove it. Attorneys do not risk their careers going against the US government on hopeless cases. Nor do they make outlandish/unprovable statements to thousands of frustrated investors on a public forum. They are being paid and are accountable to those people putting up the funds. There is easier money to be made if you are that kind of attorney. I am astonished at the last 2 excuses. The most laughable is no evidence or cannot prove it. HOW DO THEY KNOW THIS - those are the people who's postings are the most suspect.
Remember all the gurus who made statements that were suspect. Most of these predictions came true.
compartmentalization - We were told there was no money sitting anywhere for investors and yet Hodges states
Agents and employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice have represented repeatedly that the release of moneys for distribution was imminent, and/or would occur within several weeks, and/or would occur within less than a month.
How is this possible if not by everyone having a job and not knowing what the other is doing. When their job is finished it is handed over to another person. Think about it. Isn't that what has happened these many years. Then everyone walks away not being responsible. I wold imagine its the same way with the government in this situation. Its called plausible deny-ability. It shows a very well orchestrated plan.
look at who has been arrested and not arrested - thats telling me alot.
Send the Hodges update to EVERYONE in the government including Congress and the Senate and you will see this case end alot faster. This is why 50,000 investors were brought into this stock. This is our job and where we can earn our reward and justice. You will see the SH*T hit the fan very, very fast.
I believe THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE BEEN DESTINED TO DO !!!!
I remember people thinking AOL, Amazon and Net flick as companies being a bad investment and to stay away from them. The biggest mistake was when GOGGLE went public and every guru investment company on CNBC said to stay away from this stock. It shows the wrong move can sometimes pay off big.
Who knows for sure, but at some time in the near future, the joke of the investment community, that invested in the biggest penny stock scam ever, may be the ones who are deemed the smartest investors out there with a return unparalleled in any stocks return in a 5 year period. Especially considering the downturn the US stock market took.
In parting I want to say I think we are in good shape but will reserve judgment till I see the check in my hands.
this is all in my opinion and please treat it as such.
best to you all and if by some fluke of nature they do pay anywhere near the hi numbers that are discussed as a settlement the party is on me -
but not in VEGAS !!
best, mike

I know that many of you are anxious to have an opportunity to share what I have requested you to keep confidential, for the purpose of discussion with others and as a means of helping to solidify the shareholder base. I have prepared an update, which follows, that I am now prepared to have released to the various shareholder discussion forums, should one or more of you so desire. If you do decide to post this, please include the entire Update.
CMKX Litigation Update
This office represents seven of CMKXs larger shareholders who collectively hold more than 3.5 Billion shares. We have prepared a Bivens based class action lawsuit seeking release of all the funds that have been collected for the benefit of CMKX shareholders, or for damages in an amount in excess of $3,780,000,000,000. This suit alleges that the SEC commissioners have violated the Fifth Amendment Constitutional property rights of the shareholders by withholding consent to the release of such funds, for years, which amounts to a taking without due process of law. Some of the specific allegations made in the complaint include:
From March 17, 2005 through April 29, 2005 CMKM traded publicly, in the US under the trading symbol CMKX, a total of 551,756,751,833 shares, an average share volume of more than 17 billion shares per day, reaching a maximum on April 21, 2005 of 94,654,588,201 shares. These figures do not include foreign trades nor trades made on an ex-clearing basis such as those disclosed by Jefferies & Company , Inc. on May 6, 2005: between March 25, 2004 and September 21, 2004 Jefferies traded 111,780,681,204 shares of CMKX stock on an ex-clearing basis.
During the period of June 1, 2004 through October 28, 2005 a total of 2.25 Trillion phantom shares of CMKM Diamonds Inc, was sold into the public market through legitimate brokers, illegitimate brokers and dealers, market makers, hedge funds, ex-clearing transactions and private transactions. The sales of the majority of such shares were at all times known to the Securities and Exchange Commission, including Defendants herein.
At some date prior to June 1, 2004 the Securities and Exchange Commission in concert with the Department of Justice of the United States, together combined with Robert A. Maheu and others to utilize CMKM Diamonds, Inc. for the purpose of trapping a number of widely disbursed entities and persons who were believed to be engaged in naked short selling of CMKM Diamonds Inc. stock and cellar boxing the company. The Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice, with assistance from the Department of Homeland Security, believed and developed evidence that said short sellers were utilizing their activities to illegally launder moneys, wrongfully export moneys, avoid payment of taxes, and to support foreign terrorist operations. To fulfill the plan to criminally trap such wrongdoers, the Securities and Exchange Commission, with assistance from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a) Assisted in and approved the retention of Roger Glenn, an ex-SEC trial attorney and drafter of Sarbanes-Oxley, to join CMKM Diamonds Inc. for the purpose of verifying claims value, increasing authorized shares of stock to 800,000,000,000, and supervising from the inside of the company;
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b) Encouraged the company to expand its promotional activities, assisted in the set up of the racing activities of the company, and underwrote a substantial portion of the cost of such activities;
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the sale of certain company claims to several foreign corporations;
<!--[if !supportLists]-->d) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the conferences between Robert A. Maheu and his associate/assistant Royal Canadian Mounted Police Inspector William Majcher on the one hand, and the wrongdoing short sellers on the other, all for the purpose of settling the potential liability of said wrongdoers with consent of the U. S. Government and a representation of no criminal prosecution for such illegal sales;
<!--[if !supportLists]-->e) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the declaration of dividends payable by the company to each common shareholder of CMKM Diamonds, Inc.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->f) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the distribution of shares of CIM, a private company owned by Urban Casavant, as a stock dividend, including consent and approval of distribution of said shares to holders of more than 1.4 Trillion shares of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. common stock.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->g) During the period from November, 2004 through April, 2005, CMKM Diamonds, Inc. negotiated the sale of some of its Saskatchewan, Canada mineral claims to three Chinese domiciled corporations with the advice and consent, inter alia, of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Proceeds from the consummation of such sales were placed into a frozen trust for disbursal at a later time.
During the period from March, 2004 through August, 2006, on behalf of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Robert A.. Maheu, with assistance from Royal Canadian Mounted Police Inspector William Majcher, negotiated a settlement with the illegitimate brokers, dealers, market makers, hedge funds, and other persons and entities that had engaged in naked short selling of CMKM Diamonds Inc. stock and cellar boxing the company. In exchange for a U. S. Government promise of no prosecution for such sales, the wrongdoers each promised to pay negotiated amounts to a frozen trust for disbursal at a later time.
Plaintiffs herein are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that other moneys have been collected for the benefit of the shareholders of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, from the United States Government, and from the sale of additional assets including consent to enter into joint venture agreements with other companies holding mineral claims in Saskatchewan, Canada. Plaintiffs herein are further informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that said moneys, collected for the benefit of shareholders have also been placed in a trust or are otherwise now held in trust by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and the United States Treasury.
Plaintiffs herein are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that at all times mentioned, the Securities and Exchange Commission reserved unto itself the sole and absolute discretion to determine when moneys collected pursuant to the scheme set forth above would and could be released for distribution.
Demand for release of said moneys has been repeatedly presented to the Securities and Exchange Commission without result. Agents and employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice have represented repeatedly that the release of moneys for distribution was imminent, and/or would occur within several weeks, and/or would occur within less than a month. Each of said representations have been made knowing them to be false, and at the specific direction of the named Defendants. These actions of withholding distribution of said moneys, without compensation and without due process of law, amount to a taking of the property of the individual Plaintiffs and of all similarly situated.
In an attempt to avoid protracted litigation we have seen to it that several attorneys at the SEC Office of General Counsel have a copy of the draft; we are further advised that the current SEC Commissioners are also aware [at least] of the pending filing. Our expectation was [and still partially remains] that the individually named Commissioners will not want to answer our lawsuit, thus leaving themselves open to the discovery process. The draft has been in SEC hands for approximately two weeks, and so far we have not received any response, meaningful or otherwise. They could well continue to stonewall, and force us to initiate the litigation. If nothing of significance occurs in the next two weeks the complaint will be filed on January 4, 2010.

Six Accused in Effort to Defraud CMKM Investors
Indictment describes $60 million stock conspiracy
Las Vegas Review-Journal By Carri Geer Thevenot September 18, 2009
Six people, including an attorney who once practiced in Las Vegas, are accused of defrauding investors out of more than $60 million by conspiring to issue and sell unregistered shares of stock in a company called CMKM Diamonds.
Their criminal charges were made public Thursday when a federal judge in Las Vegas unsealed a 37-page indictment that describes the scheme. Prosecutors moved to unseal the document, which was filed in May, after five of the defendants were arrested.
Defense attorney Chris Rasmussen described the indictment as lengthy, confusing and complex.
He was appointed to represent Ginger Gutierrez, one of three defendants who made their initial court appearances Thursday before U.S. Magistrate Judge George Foley in Las Vegas.
Rasmussen said his cursory review of the indictment suggested that Gutierrez, 39, had a limited role in the conspiracy.
"She's more of a pawn in this scheme," Rasmussen said.
John M. Edwards, Urban Casavant, Helen Bagley, attorney Brian Dvorak and James Kinney also are charged in the indictment. Only Casavant remains at large.
"Although purportedly a multinational diamond exploration and mining company, CMKM had few assets and did not conduct regular mining operations and did not commercially produce or sell any diamonds," the indictment alleges. "For that matter: CMKM did not conduct regular or meaningful business operations; CMKM did not maintain comprehensible books or records; and CMKM did not even have an office, but instead shared Casavant's home in Las Vegas."
According to the indictment, the defendants conspired between September 2001 and March 2009 to sell unregistered securities, to make false and misleading statements in filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and to commit securities fraud.
The indictment also claims the defendants "avoided or failed to file" quarterly and annual reports with the SEC from December 2002 through June 2005.
"At the threshold, the scheme required that the conspirators control a publicly traded corporation," according to the indictment. "The conspirators found a corporate shell suited to their needs in Cyber Mark International Corp."
Cyber Mark had been incorporated in Delaware in 1998, according to the indictment, and had been defunct since 2001.
The document alleges that Edwards used the name "Ian McIntyre" to acquire control over the Cyber Mark corporate shell around September 2001 and that he incorporated a Nevada company with the same name in April 2002.
Casavant later gained control of Cyber Mark, according to the indictment, and the company changed its name in December 2002 to Casavant Mining Kimberlite International.
In February 2004, according to the indictment, the company took the name CMKM Diamonds.
The indictment claims Bagley owned and operated 1st Global Stock Transfer, the stock transfer agent company for CMKM.
Casavant and Edwards conspired with Bagley, "the collusive stock transfer agent, to issue hundreds of billions of unregistered shares of CMKM stock to their nominees, alter-egos, associates and straw-purchasers," according to the indictment.
The document claims Dvorak prepared the majority of the attorney opinion letters "authorizing the issuance of billions of shares of unrestricted CMKM stock."
According to the indictment, Dvorak received at least $495,000 from CMKM, Casavant, Edwards and their associates within a one-year span ending around November 2004.
Attorney John Wesley Hall of Little Rock, Ark., who represents Dvorak in a related lawsuit filed last year by the SEC, said he already established in the civil case that his client did not receive that much money. Hall said Dvorak received about $160,000 for the opinion letters.
"I'm kind of dumbfounded that they charged him, because he's the hardest one to prove," Hall said.
He said Dvorak, who was arrested Thursday at his home in Boulder, Colo., will go to trial in the criminal case.
"He's denying absolutely that he did anything criminal," Hall said.
According to the State Bar of Nevada Web site, Dvorak has been licensed in the state since 1992 and has no record of discipline.
Hall said Dvorak quit practicing law about two years ago and moved to Colorado, where he teaches martial arts. Hall said Dvorak appeared before a judge in Denver on Thursday and was released on his own recognizance.
Kinney, 39, and Bagley, 62, appeared in court Thursday with Gutierrez. All three defendants were released.
Gutierrez and Kinney pleaded not guilty, but Bagley is scheduled to return to court today to enter a plea. Bagley told the judge she had not had a chance to read the indictment.
Prosecutors said Edwards was arrested Sept. 7 in England. Authorities are in the process of extraditing him.
Attorney Jackie Naylor was appointed Thursday to represent Kinney, who was released only after his sister, Jeannie, agreed to take responsibility for him as a third-party custodian.
Naylor said Kinney was convicted in Illinois of transporting marijuana and received 30 months probation. She said he has completed 20 months and has paid a $16,000 fine.
Naylor said Kinney lives with his 6-year-old son but will move in with his sister. The attorney said Kinney and Gutierrez had three sons together, but Gutierrez has custody of the two older children.
Naylor also said Kinney has a job distributing fliers for a Las Vegas nightclub.

(5): The subject-matter of the documentation mentioned above referenced the theft of $12.5 billion (twelve point five billion US dollars), via Bank of America, Dallas, Texas the funds having been illegally diverted on Sunday 18th January 2009 to the Carlyle Group under a Presidential Executive Order issued by President George W. Bush from the DTC suspense account which had been holding the funds for disbursal to CMKX DIAMONDS, INC. (CMKX OTC) as the result of Court rulings involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) and the shareholders of CMKM DIAMONDS, INC. (B).

OBAMA AND CLINTON COULD NOT HAVE TRAVELLED TO CHINA OTHERWISE Manifestly, too, Mr Obama and Mrs Clinton could not possibly have travelled to China if these arrangements were not in hand, pre-arranged, and guaranteed to be successful, as the Chinese secret policeman revealed. That consideration alone makes it clear that this resolution sequence was a carefully planned operation from the get-go which has in fact transformed the situation not least given that the Box Gang impediments appear to have been removed. We were informed over the weekend of 21st-22nd November that all impediments to the payments due to the CMKX victims also appeared to have been removed (but CMKX victims and parties must investigate this matter for themselves and not rely on this statement, even though we believe it to be correct).

RE: BobH in Old Tree Paltalk Room 10-27-09 « Result #40 on Oct 30, 2009, 12:38am »
The following is a brief synopsis of what I heard Bob Hollenegg say in the discussion in the Old Tree room on Paltalk. He has read this and given his permission to post this synopsis. No part of this is to be copied nor posted elsewhere unless done in its entirety as this avoids any false interpretations and misconceptions.
Synopsis in MY words of what I heard Bob say Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in the Old Tree room of Paltalk:
He said that Al Hodges is a shareholder and working very hard to reach the end of all of this. Al Hodges, in essence, is representing all legal shareholders and not just the plaintiffs; and, that Bob is involved to ensure protection of the shareholders. At this time, Al Hodges would rather not have to put a hardship on the shareholders for money as times are bad; therefore, several generous shareholders have stepped up allowing this to move forward.
He said Al Hodges was under the impression like all of us last month that the shareholders would get paid or hear something but when that didn't come to fruitition, Al Hodges decided to apply pressure. Al Hodges does not want to go to court and prefers to settle this case; if necessary though, Al Hodges will go all the way.
Bob strongly feels this was definitely a money laundering and NSS sting. There were many SEC officials that have retired or quit so it is taking the new group time to catch up with everything. Bob also feels that NevWest was part of the sting.
Other cases have set precedence with winning cases that have similar circumstances regarding the actions.
Bob is not at liberty to say much more as "they" (which I took to mean those against us) are monitoring all the boards, Paltalk, etc.
All of the above stated in my own words from what I heard Bob Hollenegg say in the room.
