I am beginning to wonder if the inter plead is tied to the Overstock case as part of their body of irrefutable evidence...Hence the delay..

I sent Mike a nice thank you note.
I also threw in that Cramer Interview link about hedge fund market manipulation. I hope he takes that and runs with it.

Just sent my e-mail to Schneider...hope he submits his Phantom Shares report for some kind of broadcasting award...he did a great job! Now that the cat is out of the bag I will be surprised if other broadcasters back off this topic. Let's keep the heat on! -- BookBiz

Tell them THANKS! for the fine job they did on "Phantom Shares". Don't forget to send thanks to the other guys above. According to Bud Burrell, "Mike was the talent here, the credit goes to the producer, Gary Matsumoto". Don't forget Gary! He's the guy that could have caved in like the Dateline NBC wimps. DO NOT FORGET THAT. Gary Matsumoto did not fail us!

Just sent this off to Gary...
I just want to thank you for your brilliant production of Phantom Shares that aired yesterday...I have been waiting years for someone to do a credible piece on this topic, opening the door on the scandal of naked shorts. The fact that the dreams of so many American entrepreneurs have been dashed by these criminals bears further exploration, in my opinion and it's clear the SEC marginalizes it, (perhaps because their own pockets get lined every time a stock transaction goes through?). The big question is, why is the U.S. Government allowing trillions of dollars in tax revenue to go up in smoke? They are losing along with the rest of us who invested in credible companies that should have had a chance. Please keep going with this story!!

I got a nice response from producer Gary to my e-mail in which he said..."Thank you for writing (my name) ... and thank you for watching Bloomberg TV. The audience response has been tremendous." If they get a few more e-mails, I bet they will go further with the story. After all, they know who their audience is.... - BookBiz
