Without Steve I believe this company would have faded into oblivion long ago. Al Hodges "efforts" have been fruitless, the "US Dollar Refunding Project" the "World Global Settlements" the Iraqi Dinar RV, etc. etc. are basically figments of his, the late Chris Story's and Michael Cottrell's vivid imaginations. The few people left perpetuating the myth have lost credibility. So, what do we do? Wait it out and see what Steve is capable of doing given the difficult situation he is faced with. I haven't given up on him, in my opinion he has been direct and honest in his dealings with shareholders. Had I been in his shoes I'd have walked away from this mess a long time ago. If Al Hodges efforts do bare fruit someday, I'll be one of the first in a long line to congratulate him though. As would I, I'm not too proud to eat a little crow and admit I was wrong . The trouble is that everything that Al has tied us to exists only on the conspiracy sites, there isn't any provable basis for his claims. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be able to retire and live off my CMKX windfall, I just don't believe it's going to happen. I'm content to watch and wait for Steve Kirkpatrick to come up with a viable plan to move us forward. It's been a long road, just a few weeks short of eleven years for me. Remember all the former "gurus"? The list is so long and so old I can barely remember all of them. The one thing they all had in common is that they were consistently wrong.

11 years!
I'd have to dig up my trades to recall when the first one was. Somewhere in the 2003-2005 range I am sure.
Oh yes, the gurus!!! I don't know why we've had so many. If we had 50k shareholders and only 1% were starving for attention, that would be 500 Gurus! Sounds about right. I think I answered my own question.

My first buy was June 2004., the second in August. I didn't purchase post revocation. I remember listening to Topo, Sterling, Jay_Adobe to mention a few. Then came the likes of Acca, The Listener, Chucky, Harv and a parade of others. All promised imminent wealth, I bought it hook line and sinker. To be honest it's only after Al Hodges' letters to the Queen, the President, the Pope and the leader of China did I really start to believe that this was a little whacky. When it was shown that Hodges was a member of the BOD controlling the World Reports I called Dennis Smith who denied any involvement whatsoever. It's been a long road and frankly I'd like to see Steve get us back on some sort of a track, I'm not that interested in recouping money, to me it's spent. But eleven years of my life have been tied up in this mess and I'd like to see some conclusion.
