Dear Mr. Young,
Today, you stood before four Commissioners of a shameful and conflicted Securities and Exchange Commission.
For fifteen minutes, you spoke on behalf of all investors that have had their retirement and discretionary income systematically stolen over at least a decade.
For fifteen minutes, you delivered the message from all citizens of this country, and the world, that those four SEC Commissioners should bow their heads in shame, and resign their positions at the top of an organization that is sworn to protect investors, but instead, aids and abets the financial terrorists that continue to steal funds we place in this corrupt stock market under their misguided stewardship.
For fifteen minutes, you took four shameful public servants out of their comfort zone, and forced them to listen to the voice of Main Street America.
For fifteen minutes you made four Commissioners, and an SEC lawyer, painfully aware they are on the wrong end of RICO Act class fraud.
For fifteen minutes, you spoke on behalf of our neighbors, friends and the next generation, those that are not even aware of this financial terrorism. Financial terrorism subsidized by the SEC, in a perpetual manner, as to defraud our kids of the opportunity to live in a country free of financial terrorism, and manipulation at the hands of those sworn to protect us.
For fifteen minutes, you made four shameful regulators forget about the political pressure exerted upon them by our lawmakers that accept lobby influence at the expense of their constituents. We have presented our case to our Congressmen and Senators, and they have turned a blind eye to this most egregious crime of electronic stock counterfeiting as well. Not one of them has come close to doing for us, ever, what you did for us today. All of them together do not have the courage you possess in just one finger. Our elected representatives have exerted their influence on the SEC to continue the blockade on Main Street investors, so as to avoid disruption of the lobbyist offerings, material and otherwise.
For fifteen minutes, you were the voice of the small investor that invested $100.00 in any small public startup company, hoping to receive a few dollars in return to improve the life of his/her family. You represented the Main Street investor that believed in your product, your employees, and invested $10,000.00 because your technology was brought to market at the right time. Those investors could have never known; the regulator sworn to protect them, would instead protect those that would steal every last penny of their investment capital.
And when you asked the final question to the misguided SEC attorney, under the watchful eye of those same four shameful regulators,
"When are you going to do your job"?
That made us proud.
To say Thank You, is the least we can do.
