Send a message to the bought and paid for media. They think this poll is going to show support for their first amendment right. They did not consider the fraud they are responsible for concealing TRUMPS the American investors sentiment to protect them. They can shove it! I will gladly protect their first amendment rights, just as soon as they stop facilitating theft of investment capital from my friends, neighbors and family!

Just in case you are wondering, you cannot vote twice. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I was just checking it out to make sure it was fair and everything... ;D

Cramer gets SEC Subpoena, along with TheStreet.com - and 84% in vote approve Location: Blogs Bob O'Brien's Sanity Check Blog Posted by: bobo 2/27/2006 3:33 PM Cramer just announced that he, and TheStreet.com, got a subpoena from the SEC. It's in reference to the Gradient/Rocker investigation - you know, the one so many NY-based bloggers were claiming was all a rumor just last week? Oh, that. Cramer, in an not-particularly-unusual display of arrogance, threw what he claimed was the subpoena across the room, as though to indicate, "I wipe my bottom with this." I wonder if that hubris will characterize the way these parasites portray their superiority to the world as this unwinds on them? Herb was trying to sell the notion that he is "kinda like the SEC." Huh. In what way? Does the SEC typically work with research firms to doctor reports so their hedge fund buddies can front-run them, as some claim these subpoenas allege? Who knew that was what the SEC did? This has the feeling of a snowball rolling down a hill, gathering momentum. It is a long time coming, and we should not jump to conclusions - the notion that we should "give 'em a fair trial and then hang 'em" is vigilante justice and is not to be condoned - any more than development-stage companies deserve to be put out of business by hedge funds so that some scumbag can buy another Monet. On Kudlow's show, one of the journalists indicated that the subpoenas had been signed off on by the number two person at the SEC - the Director of Enforcement. So it is going to be hard to buck that - this is NOT some low-level staffer overstepping their authority - this is the Director of Enforcement signing the subpoenas after reviewing all the data, and making the very difficult decision that there was enough there to warrant a huge 1st Amendment battle. Do you think they made that decision lightly? In a poll taken for CNBC, the public voted 84% NO to the question, "Did the SEC overstep its bounds by issuing the subpoenas?" That is as of 6:56PM EST. You can still vote, or see the results: moneycentral.msn.com/content/CNBCTV/Promos/P145743.aspFolks, you heard it here first. This time is different. The momentum is growing. And the networks that some believe have operated for years with such impunity are about to have their day in court. Stay tuned for the OSK hearing on Wed. - the other "freedom of speech" defense event this week. So to summarize, Herb, Carol, Cramer, TSCM, Rocker, and Gradient have all now received SEC subpoenas. The NY financial media is trying to make it seem as though this is a 1st Amendment issue, but the CNBC clearly indicates that Mainstreet America isn't buying any of it. Not a bit. Don't mess with my fellow CMKXER's! We number in the tens of thousands, and we are tired of being lied to and stolen from!
We will track you down and prosecute you for every penny you have stolen from our fellow law-abiding citizens.
We see right through a corrupt media controlled by a board of directors sharing chairs at GE-NBC, Viacom-CBS, the DTCC and the Federal Reserve! The following link is an excellent read that will enlighten you, especially if you were not aware that the Federal Reserve is actually a private organization, headed by the same corporations and board members at the DTCC, the major media houses, and brokerage firms. Anyone see a conflict of interest? cmkxunitedforum.proboards70.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1139169328
