I am on the phone with Ava from Bloombeg tv in NY as we speak. She can not find this info on their schedule or the website. She is doing follow up and has me on hold.
Prior to putting me on hold I got a chance to give her a rundown on CMKX and the 42000 plus shareholders in the wings.
I will keep you updated as she gets back to me... still on hold.

This show is confirmed. 03/13/2007 7-9-10pm est.
They would not give me a list of the companies they will be discussing that are involved in the NSS but I got to give her a complete rundown on CMKX, all of shareholders and as much info as time allowed me to give her.
She seemed startled when I told her about how many shareholders we have and the amount of shares we have "Known" from the cert pull.

Special Report: Phantom Shares Bloomberg Television premieres a half-hour Special Report called "Phantom Shares" on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 7:00pm, 9:00pm, and 10:00pm ET.
Millions of shares of stock are being sold that may not exist. How? Through an obscure trading strategy known as naked short selling. Bloomberg Television's Special Report hosted by Mike Schneider explains what the strategy is, how it's executed, which companies are targets, and what the SEC is trying to do to control it.

I am pleased that the issue is getting airtime, so do not miss-understand what I am writing. This is perhaps advantageous and a welcome bit of publicity for the problem, but is it not really simply telling the initiated something they already know, or perhaps that I atleast expect they know? To me it is rather similar to me telling my daughter that "I love her " as we walk together or share a meal or hug etcetera - important affirmation but changes nothing else.
Having said that, I had also tended to think ( note I do not mean to blindly think, as in a Pollyanna attitude) that anyone involved in financial markets and its proper and effective regulation of such would be aware of problems or perceived problems and would have hopefully been willing to, and interested in actually addressing and actively correcting these problems. The principle here being, not only doing what is right, but being seen to be doing what is right ! This is a financial and banking public adage to which I have adhered for over 35 years and one which I have instilled in my daughters in their careers.
We do not in my opinion see a real indication that the hen house is not being gaurded by the foxes, but indeed despite the investment community's voiced arguements we learn it appears that the hen's house construction is being awarded by those in charge of security and enforcement to the foxes, who are building false moveable walls; secret entrys and undetectible escape hatches into the floor plans. Without this type of financial market publicity, that really needs to be overwhelmingly made a highly political public issue involving all citizens and levels of administration, to garner any attention that would see it addressed beyond any superficial level we will see the building inspector as it were, actually cursorily approving the fox's construction techniques and requiring future hen's houses to be built with these falacious safety features to protect and abette less efficient and effective foxes as they "gaurd" the hen house.
Please take time to ensure that any politician, any investor and indeed your company pension fund manager are made aware of this show. I would hope that atranscript will be available if it is at all useful and that transcripts can be circulated with urgency. Herandi

I made a call to the website contact # in New York it is 212-318-2000 and it states 24hr service. I was on hold with several people and none could confirm that this would air, but one did say that it could be a segment in that time frame, could not tell me that it was a definite, so he suggested that I tune it to see if it comes on. What a joke!!!!!!! FIRE

Susanne Trimbath is a super bright lady who has a lot to say about a couple of her ex employers, ie The Federal Reserve and the DTCC...everyone should listen. Dr Trimbath to appear on Bloomberg Show We just got word that Dr. Trimbath appears in Bloomberg TV's half hour program, Special Report: Phantom Shares. The program premieres Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 7:00pm, 9:00pm, and 10:00pm ET. If you don't get Bloomberg Television, you can watch it online at www.bloomberg.com/tvradio/tv/index.html. Producer Gary Matsumoto spent nearly a year researching this subject and recording interviews. This is an important piece of journalism that calls attention to a little-understood subject that directly affects nearly every American. Dr. Trimbath has provided litigation support on this subject since 2003 to law firms, companies and investors. The program may include sound bites from Dr. Trimbath's presentation "Why Investors and Issuers Hate Short Sellers and Stock Lending," which she did as the keynote speech at the Securities Lending Conference in New York last fall. A complete transcript of the speech is available at www.stpadvisors.com/events.html. www.investigatetheSEC.com
