Judy, Please distribute to all interested parties. Oral Arguments in the Matter of Eagletech Communications will commence at 10:00AM Monday February 13, 2006, at 100 F Street, NE, Washington DC (The SEC’s Main Headquarters) in the Auditorium on the Lower Level (Room L-002). Those wishing to attend should plan on arriving in plenty of time to comply with established security measures and an unusually large turnout. Our appointed time is just a small portion of that days docket. Please be sure to afford other appellants the utmost courtesy as you enter the auditorium. According to an administrative assistant in the Secretary’s office an event of this nature is nearly always very lightly attended. The opposition who will argue a contra position will be an Attorney representing the SEC’s Enforcement Division. I’ve characterized a full auditorium as a ‘Silent Lynch Mob.’ Your participation has the potential to make this a ‘Seminal Event’ and make a more important statement to the SEC, Congress, and the Media than any words spoken at this Oral Argument. This Oral Argument is about the violation of ‘your’ 5th Amendment Constitutional property rights and the SEC’s illegal inverse taking of ‘your’ property. This may be your first last and only opportunity to confront eyeball to eyeball those responsible for what many have called the “Largest Breech of Public Trust in History.” Sincere thanks to all for your support! I’ll say this again. This is our fight! The future for our children may depend on what we do here today! Sincerely, Rodney E. (Rod) Young
