Talk about broken government, you yourself are a sellout Ken
Submitted by Anonymous on March 14, 2010 - 12:21pm.Are you really that smart and that dumm in the same time Ken, or is it that the dollar signs in your eyes made you forget all that you write about? Corrupt in the end?
What favors do you stand to get through your friend Floyd at nytimes who covers "financial news" after you quoted parts of his writeup on cmkm diamonds inc lawsuit and shareholders, and then added some more of your own.
Here you talk about corrupt government and you are corrupt or blindsided yourself.
I am fully aware that you are trying to drumm up some business and some dollars with favor you did for your buddy Floyd through his connections with banks, hedge funds and in general financial institutions.
Your resume on your site clearly states the same:

But do you really know what you are doing by making these favors for your buddy Floyd Morris of nytimes?
So lets talk about corruption.
When whistleblower Aquirre, lawyer who was dismissed by the agency following his attempt to subpoena John Mack, now the CEO of Morgan Stanley, your buddy Floyd from nyt also ridiculed and called Aquirre crazy.
January 2007: Interim Senate Report Supports Aguirre
The case of GAP client and former S.E.C. investigator Gary Aguirre scored a tremendous victory. In an interim Senate report released by Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Ia.) and Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.), according to the New York Times, "the Securities and Exchange Commission mishandled its inquiry into suspect trades by a prominent hedge fund, then may have tried to cover up those mistakes after its chief investigator on the case complained."
Furthermore, the New York Times stated that the report "also asked the S.E.C. or the Justice Department to consider investigating whether false testimony was given to S.E.C. officials who examined the hedge fund, Pequot Capital Management."

Here is more on Ken Eisold's buddy floyd Norris by deep capture:
www.deepcapture.com/tag/floyd-norris/Just like Markopolos does not fail to say in every interview how SEC is captured by wall street and does not protect investors but wall street participants and therefore can not and does not regulate them,
it is the same subject that
www.deepcapture.com writes about.
Floyd norris was always there to negate and minimize or call outright anybody crazy when they talked about this..
and he did not fail to do that with whistleblower Aquirre or Patrick Bryne from Overstock.com
Floyd would of loved to call Markopolos insane as well, its just too bad that Madoff already came out and fessed up to what he was doing.
Its also nice that married SEC official who was also one of the people that told the SEC investigators to get off the case of madoff.
So Ken Eisold,
when i saw you copy and paste, quote, another writeup from Floyd Norris when he belitles and calls crazy the cmkm diamonds inc shareholders and their lawsuit against SEC,
then its all clear.
Money and business you will drumm up with financial companies due to your favor of jumping on the train with Floyd Norris is irresistible for you.
For all your psychology stuff, you are just another money hungry guy selling his services to the highest bidder. You are broken and corrupt just like the government.
Its sad.
