How to register your certs with the TA

What kind of success do you anticipate? I'm just trying to get some convo going on this board.

I have also registered with the new transfer agent but want to know what this costs the company and why they did it. Is this to convince the world and the courts that CMKX is still a viable entity? If the $28 million judgement is collected, where does that money go? To the lawyers? Into R&D? The company updates are confusing....

I did mine this morning before I went into work! I am in lurk mode so I will be watching from the shadows! Just want to give a shout out to all my peepz from years past. I have been quiet, but I have a new found motivation that has pulled me back in!

The lawsuits I think are what brought me back, plus the International Journal entry yesterday! We are on our way. I don't believe the 24 hour window, but I believe that things are in the works and it appears that what we have heard in the past is finally coming to fruition! IMHO

Some people are saying that whatever money we could/would get would not be given through a transfer agent, so I looked at the TransferOnline.com website again to see if I could find any possible answers or to see if anything different has happened to our account. I noticed that they offer escrow services. We commonly think of escrow in relation to real estate, but when I did a search on "escrow" under wikipedia, this is one part of the definition:

"Escrow is also known in the judicial context. So-called escrow funds are commonly used to distribute money from a cash settlement in a class action or environmental enforcement action. This way the defendant is not responsible for distribution of judgment moneys to the individual plaintiffs or the court-determined use (such as environmental remediation or mitigation). The defendant pays the total amount of the judgment (or settlement) to the court-administered or appointed escrow fund, and the fund distributes the money (often reimbursing its expenses from the judgment funds)."

So, I'm thinking that if/when money does need to be distributed, it will indeed come via the transfer agent.

I had a problem with family member.. who has 3 certs.
One cert was missing.

so after forth and back.. email and phone.. finnaly they found the cert,
but made a new separate account for it.
I dont understand why really?

why would a cert #3 be put in its own separate account? I mean, its under the same name, but it shows 2 accounts. one with first 2 certs, and then another one with the 3rd cert.

Meanwhile all my certs were right there .. showed up right away and all in same account.

O well.

At least with time things are getting straightened out and organized and better updated.
It will take time for all shareholders.
Even though Kevin made that update and said.. how they needed time to get the TA to get all the info.. correctly,
we can see now that all the info is not updated correctly, meaning from the company to TA,
so.. again this is a process ,, and some people proabably will never update their stuff.

I wonder if Tyler management has some kind of disk or list.. that is more accurate then what our present TA has.

Because if my family member with 3 certs was missing one out of those 3 on their records.. that is not a sole case of info not completely correct or updated, so there is alot of cases like that.. and its obvious as a whole.. that there are alot of blind spots .. in transfer agents records.

i have a friend and a family member that want to buy some cmkx.
Not much.
They have nothing, but one person wants to get maybe 5 mills and another maybe even less.

They are willing to take a shot.. at what happens with this saga.
Still a question.. like its been for all these years..

But if anybody knows anybody.. that is willing to part with some.. please pm me.

at this point its hard to recomend with any gurantee to anybody to buy into cmkx.

I mean, i say its a gamble.
be ready to loose it all, wait a long time,
or maybe we get paid.

but i would not want anybody to pay too much for their shares.. because of all the risk.

after all the years one would think i have learned my lessons about cmkx and not telling friends about it..
but i guess, in spite of all the bad things that brings i always focus on what if?

and i see so much suffering with people, and think how if there is a payout it could help them out.

but its definetely one of those deals...
dont overpay, forget you put the money in, be ready for a long wait, maybe you get zero, maybe you get enough to put a downpayment on a house.

2010 and we wait.
the latest psychic prediction that my friends had in a reading is that .. it could take from now up to 8 months.
so that would bring us into 2011

i was told before, nothing in 2009 for sure,
but maybe 2010 or early 2011

so here we are.

It makes sense that by this time all we have left is to rely on psychic predictions, because nobody is is able to do better for us right now. Hang in there friends....it will happen soon enough.

Thanks for this info about the new TA. I recently registered my shares JUST IN CASE something miraculously happens with this stock.

Somehow through all the ramblings of nut jobs and the absolutely insane multi-trillion $$ lawsuit, a tiny portion of me still believes I may see my original investment back, if not more.
