Trust in your Trustee - *IMP. REMINDER*

Just remember this. If a settlement has occurred, it can be a settlement FOR THE WRONGS AGAINST THE SHAREHOLDER. Thus, any money held to be disbursed to shareholders would be money that the company could NOT use for company operations.
This imo is very consistent with Stoecklein or anyone else saying "the company holds no assets". A settlement would not be an asset for the company as it is earmarked for the shareholders and MUST be disbursed to them.
I do believe that if there has been a settlement, Frizzell will find out about it at the same time we will. Given what I believe we have been up against all this time, imo there must still be a very good reason why this information is not yet public.
Sorry but I do NOT believe that it has taken 18 months and the skills of Maheu to negotiate a very simple wind-down of cmkx into entourage (and at a pro rata distribution that I believe is ILLEGAL).
There is more to this story imo, and we will know it when it is time (and I believe that is "soon" now that we have been revoked and there can be no further impact on trading). Cash for the wrongs against shareholders themselves would NOT be a company asset imo.
It would be a separate settlement apart from anything the company owns and would be news on its own. Sure the company itself could sue the manipulators and possibly collect for wrongs against IT but I suspect that was not the game plan and I suspect efforts were made for recovery on behalf of the shareholders (which not coincidentally would in fact include the Casavants and others).
Right now, my opinion is to "Trust the Trustee". I believe no other person would be the right man to be put in charge of such a critical position.

1) Everyone likes to assume that it would take a gazillion dollars to settle this thing but everyone also fails to realize that the hedge funds probably control more money than any other entity in the world (outside of opec and I suspect many hedge funds may even be fueled by oil anyway).
The tobacco industry settled for hundreds of billions of dollars, oh and by the way that took many, many years to finally extract. The hedge funds have far more money than Big Tobacco.
2) I refuse to believe that it took 18 months, Bob Maheu and an SEC hearing for revocation which we fought and then suddenly "gave up", just so that Urban could give us some pro rata payment on yet ANOTHER restricted dividend. There are layers going on here that NOBODY but a few very exclusive people know of.
MO we are talking about the LARGEST financial scandal in market history. Does anyone really believe that Maheu just swoops, puts out a PR and BANG it's all cleaned up. My guess is that this has been methodical, meticulous and VERY VERY difficult. There is probably going to be a LOT of mop-up in the aftermath.
I do feel that the final nail that pushed this on an expedited process was the company giving in to revocation. Now that the stock can't be traded and manipulated any longer, there can be a greater emphasis on execution of the gameplan rather than strategizing.
I believe Maheu is in execution mode right now. And my guess is that until the field is cleared of all debris and danger, Maheu is not going to let the fans on the field. You can call all this fantasy if you want, but it is real and it is happening and it is the reason this issue is now popping up in Time magazine and is being backed by $100M from O'Quinn, one of the most successful plaintiff attorneys in history.
There are some incredibly powerful people in incredibly powerful positions who may be compromised. I don't think any of us can even fathom what has gone on behind the scenes on this situation. The only "fantasy" in my mind is the fantasy that the shorts harbored when they thought they could win with NSS forever.
