A little bit about CMKX in there too. Ok, now, hypothetically, if USCA purchased 1% of our holdings for $1,500,000, wouldn't that make our holdings worth $150,000,000?

In November of 2006 management obtained a new commercial appraisal of COD mine valuing it at $6,800,000.The reserves at November 2006 were estimated to yield ground values of approximately $229,000,000 and eventual recovery of $187,000,000 in revenues The reserves are purported to have not been depleted since the date of appraisal. No minerals were produced during the twelve months ended December 31, 2004.

Play nice. <Flailing tail> My Thanks to the Mod that PINNED this thread. There are many answers in this 10 KSB if one only looks. The actions of the Casavant clan are evident. One can extend the revelations of USCA to SGGM and the motives become crystal clear.

Play nice. <Flailing tail> My Thanks to the Mod that PINNED this thread. There are many answers in this 10 KSB if one only looks. The actions of the Casavant clan are evident. One can extend the revelations of USCA to SGGM and the motives become crystal clear. Your right sarge there are alot of answers in there 2 of which are right here 1) Most of CMKM Diamonds, Inc.'s holdings are in Saskatchewan, Canada in the general vicinity of the Company's Fort a La Corne and Smeaton holdings. that corresponds with this pr. LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sept. 12, 2003Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (Pink Sheets:CMKM) announces that all shareholders who hold CMKM stock through close of market Friday, September 12, 2003 will receive one additional CMKM share of stock (2-1 for one forward stock split) for every share that they hold through September 12, 2003, the X dividend date, and be paid extra shares by September 29, 2003. Casavant Mining Kimberlite International Board of Directors has also approved the spin-out of the corporate zinc deposits at George Lake, Saskatchewan, its wholly owned subsidiary Casavant Mining International, Inc. (CMI). Shareholders of record who hold CMKM stock through close of market on Friday, September 19, 2003 will receive one share of CMI stock for every share of CMKM stock that they hold through this date. The payable date for the CMI shares of stock will be Friday, October 3, 2003. CMKM shareholders of record at the time will receive one share in CMI stock for every share they hold and will continue to own their CMKM stock. This spin-out will enable CMKM to concentrate on diamond exploration and development at Fort a la Corne, Saskatchewan. Due to recent developments of the company, several capital and equity investors have shown interest in Casavant Mining Kimberlite International. These investors represent a large number of fund managers and capital resources who are interested in making direct equity investments in public and private companies. A small scale exploration program had commenced, looking at the geochemistry of heavy mineral samples obtained from a very promising and poorly developed target area. While Casavant Mining continues to focus on Fort a la Corne, the Company was successful and completed negotiations for this acquisition of claims elsewhere in Canada. Details are expected to be announced shortly. and before you say it it is not the zinc claims because further along in the same pr it states. The Company also has zinc claims that include the original George Lake zinc deposit (also known as Brakewell Lake). The George Lake area has had numerous diamond drilling, airborne electro magnetic surveying, geological, magnetometor, surficial geology and soil sample surveys conducted on these claims, from the late 1960's, to the early 1990's, after diamond drilling was completed in 1969 to 1970, an ore reserve calculation was released and recorded on Saskatchewan mineral deposit index #0663 of the Saskatchewan industry and resources website. The ore reserve was stated and estimated to be 5,000,000 tons of low grade reserves at 1% to 2.65% and 2,900,000 tons high grade reserves at 2% to 3.67%. Back to the Filing 2) This includes 22,500,000 common shares owned by CMKM Diamonds, Inc., a Company controlled by Urban Casavant, an affiliate of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. [/u] definition of an affiliate. NRS 78.412 “Affiliate” defined. “Affiliate” means a person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with, a specified person. Affiliate. An affiliate of, or person affiliated with, a specified person, is a person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the person specified. Control. The term control (including the terms controlling, controlled by and under common control with) means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. we will see which rings true very soon imo. ever wonder why there was never any votes after glenn issued 326b shares? add that to the 111b sold thru jefferies whatcha got? somewhere rond 51% of 778518875000?

I know that this is going to be dumb, but here go's If and when a settlement is ever reached[NSS] would not a pps have to be established? Not saying that we are worth it or not, but someone paid 5 dollars a share for our CMKX stock. I don't care if we were worth it or not, but a price has been established. Now somewhere I read that any settlement, if any, would be based on how much our stock has sold for. According to what I just read, it sold for 5 dollars. I know that all kinds of agreements have been made since this one, but a price was established. Before you jump me, just think about it Midget

IMO.. the 2005 filing ( when we get it ) will expose more. Like what took place up till Dec. 2006?? Although this one has several Items of 2005/2006 already in it. I bet there is more... MUCH more... is this just the start?
Those of you who think suing the co... or filing your own interplede need to get a clue IMO. Let's hear you whine some more!
This alone shows DOCUMENTED value...
...and squirrel... she is perfectly correct that in greed there is ignorance. It was a comment of astuteness.. not rudeness.

phxgold, The two answers you promote are inaccurate. At best you are relying on the wrong information at worst you ignore DD which does not suit your beliefs. 1) Most of CMKM Diamonds, Inc.'s holdings are in Saskatchewan, Canada in the general vicinity of the Company's Fort a La Corne and Smeaton holdings. phxgold, Please review CMKX filed with the SEC: Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On October 20, 2005, the agreement between CMKM and United Carina was officially terminated upon the signing of the Assignment Agreement with Entourage Mining. There are no material early termination penalties as a result of the agreement being terminated, but CMKM has consented to and agreed to hold harmless Entourage for entering into the new agreement with United Carina.
In addition, CMKM continues to be in default on its agreement with Nevada Minerals regarding the American Shaft in Ecuador. CMKM has received several default notices from Nevada Minerals; however is currently in discussion with Nevada Minerals for a possible way to cure the default.www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092299/000107704805000578/cmkm_entourage-102105.htm phxgold, where else has CMKX mentioned any claims exist other than Fort a La Corne and the Smeaton holdings ? Durama Enterprises has been retained, and is contracted to provide an exploration service contract which includes, but is not limited to, all filings with appropriate agencies, drill permits, managing claims assessment work to keep claims in good standing, applying for government grants for mineral claims, line cutting for access to target drill locations, geophysical surveying including total field, vertical gradient magnetics, VLF-EM and HLEM surveys, geochemical surveys and completing the necessary airborne electro magnetic surveying needed to locate additional targets. Through the direction of management of Casavant Mining, the drilling program is scheduled to commence immediately with the coordination and under the supervision of CMKI's senior project geologist, Dr. Mark Hutchison. Durama Enterprises Company Overview Durama Enterprises is an established exploration service contractor which has been in business since 1979. Randy Studer, A.Sc.T. and Duane Studer, A.Sc.T, established Durama Enterprises after both had completed courses in mineral resource technology. The Company was built on a family history of active participation in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Northern Saskatchewan. Randy and Duane Studer grew up in La Ronge, in the heart of the La Ronge Gold Belt and benefit from the experience and counsel of Vernon Studer who has been involved in the exploration for gold and other minerals in the north for more than 40 years. The Company has been engaged in locating and developing properties in search for precious metals, base metals and diamonds in Northern Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. In the process, the Company has trained an experienced work force with as many as 30 people employed in various fields. Casavant Mining Company Overview Casavant Mining is a mining and exploration company with mineral claims in Fort a la Corne which is known for its diamondiferous kimberlites for being some of the largest in the world. The Company currently has approximately 609,361 acres of mineral claims with options for approximately 1.9 million acres total in Fort a la Corne which lie most contiguously with known diamondiferous kimberlites owned by other operators in the region. Within the past several months, senior project geologist, Dr. Mark Hutchison has spent time in the field delineating targets and has identified 30 targets using certain criteria known for locating kimberlite bodies from regional aeromagnetic data and from low level, high resolution data collected by private enterprise. While Casavant Mining continues to focus on Fort a la Corne, the Company is currently negotiating a target acquisition elsewhere in Canada, also at this time. A small scale exploration program has now commenced, looking at the geochemistry of heavy mineral samples obtained from a very promising and poorly developed target area. Casavant Mining Zinc Claims Overview The Company also has zinc claims that include the original George Lake zinc deposit (also known as Brakewell Lake).
