phxgold, George lake and claims now, Glenn later
Your reliance on PR's for your DD will be your downfall phxgold. No doubt you can see through them and know how filled with lies and half truths they really were.
Maybe some HISTORY is in order for our discussion of the George Lake claims.
Since you enjoy PR's so much here is one from May /97.
LA RONGE, Saskatchewan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1997--Petro Plus (Alberta Stock Exchange:PPV.A.) Petro Plus Inc. is pleased to announce that it has staked a 125 hectare mineral claim to cover the George Lake zinc-lead deposit, located about 250 kilometres north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan and 10 kilometres east of Highway 102. The previous mineral lease lapsed on May 1, 1997.
The George Lake deposit contains a drill-indicated resource of 5 million tonnes grading 2.65 percent zinc and 0.35 percent lead, with a higher grade core of 2.61 million tonnes grading 3.67 percent zinc and 0.53 percent lead, as reported in Base metals of the Wollaston Domain, a 1994 Saskatchewan Geological Survey Report.
www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_1997_May_13/ai_19399066And of course you are familiar with this one from CMKX, Aug / 03, that you quoted earlier.
The Company also has zinc claims that include the original George Lake zinc deposit (also known as Brakewell Lake). The George Lake area has had numerous diamond drilling, airborne electro magnetic surveying, geological, magnetometor, surficial geology and soil sample surveys conducted on these claims, from the late 1960's, to the early 1990's, after diamond drilling was completed in 1969 to 1970, an ore reserve calculation was released and recorded on Saskatchewan mineral deposit index #0663 of the Saskatchewan industry and resources website. The ore reserve was stated and estimated to be 5,000,000 tons of low grade reserves at 1% to 2.65% and 2,900,000 tons high grade reserves at 2% to 3.67%.
www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_1997_May_13/ai_19399066Some may remember Urban's History with Petro Plus, visible gold Pr's when there was no gold. Family members working for him, Kevin Curran doing IR (if that name sounds familiar you win a prize, it was Vicki Curran that did IR for SGGM, Vicki is Urban's niece) It would appear that Duane Studer was once a Board of director with Petro plus. Randy Studer was CEO of Petro Plus after Urban, infact it was Randy that replaced Urban at Petro Plus.
infoventure.tsx.com/TSXVenture/TSXVentureHttpController?GetPage=CompanySummary&PO_ID=1024803&HC_FLAG2=onThese are the same two people that ran Durama Enterprises. The ones that received 3.9 million dollars from CMKM, as per the PR's you so like to quote.
During Urban, Randy and Duane's time at Petro plus the PR's were very heavy on future plans and acquisitions but very light on actual results of deals or exploration.
Petro plus begat Northern Star Resources, which begat Odaat Inc, which begat Explor Resources. Each time the company changed names there was a 1:4 or 1:5 reverse split and the pump started all over again. These Studer boys know how to make something from nothing.
tinyurl.com/ydkdodI am sure you know where I am going with this phxgold, Petro's zinc claims are CMKM's zinc claims.
Then they became Casavant Mining International, Inc. ( CIM ) Zinc Claims. In July of 2004 CMKM invested $1,000,000.00 into CIM for
10% lifetime royalty on all mineral claims of CIM , specifically including the George Lake Zinc Deposit, Jeez imagine my surprise, we own it one day, the next we own 10% of the royalties.
www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2004_July_20/ai_n6113690Now Back to Durama, After the revelations in the USCA filing do you rally believe that Randy and Duane Studer performed 3.9 million in work?
Now on to your statements
They talk about the zinc claims in the pr they already owned them.
The other claims elsewhere are not the zinc claims they are 2 different sets of claims.
